Thanks for checking out my work! For the most part it was just a matter of tuning UE4's materials and lighting. I use a sky light for fill, a directional light, and UE4's foliage material. I also would say don't undersell the value of a good look up table for adding a bit of extra contrast and color control. I broke things down a bit here if it helps:
